We had our own hashtag for the wedding, #MikesGottaHaveFaith, so I made a few cards that said “Oh Snap!” with the hashtag info and framed them. I bought the frame on Amazon (similar to this one).
Surprise surprise, I did a lot of hand lettering for our wedding. The key to the signature cocktail sign is to lay it out on the computer first, and then use a chalk marker to write it on the mirror. Be sure to let it dry for a couple of days so it doesn’t smudge when you touch it. But don’t touch it anyways. Trust me.
Read more about the escort card DIY here. We used metalized film tape to attach the cards to wooden project panel boards from The Home Depot. It’s way more adhesive than washi tape, and super metallic.
My mother-in-law helped us make these table runners for all of the tables… we used this fabric and iron-on hem tape.

Yep, I made the programs too. I laid it out in Adobe InDesign, printed them all out at home and then Mike powered up the glue gun to attach them to these wooden handles.
This is an easy one… we chose questions for people to answer (things like “bucket list ideas,” “where should we go on our next vacation?” etc.) and printed them out on white card stock. Then we attached them to clear vases and provided paper and pens in our wedding colors for guests to write their answers on.
For the table numbers, I used watercolor to paint a wash over super thick paper and then once it was dry I wrote the table number with a gold paint pen. Be sure to repeat on the backside so people can see it from all angles.
For the Mr. and Mrs. signs, I bought letters at Michaels and spray painted them gold. Then I just used a staple gun to attach them to grosgrain ribbon. I already owned the clear chairs, so I brought them with me for our sweetheart table. You can buy the same ones here… they’re not all that expensive!
