French Design Trends, Straight From The Source

I'm missing France already, even though I just got back a week and a half ago. I'm already planning my next trip. But in the meantime, I thought I'd share some French design trends that I noticed while perusing the streets of Paris and the Côte d'Azur. Click "read more" below to check 'em out.

I also noticed some fashion trends happening... and although this is definitely not a blog about clothing, I thought they would be worth noting since there is often quite a bit of overlap between home decor, art and fashion.

  • Bird prints are everywhere
  • Embroidered accents and patterns are hot
  • A Moto jacket is a must
  • A pleated midi skirt is too
  • Lace inlays aren't just for hippies anymore
