Every summer I mean to go to the Brimfield Antiques Show. And every year I don’t go. So I was thrilled to finally make it last weekend. We just happened to be in the area for a wedding, so we stopped by on Sunday. Now I know that Sunday isn’t considered to be the greatest day to go, but I enjoyed the smaller crowds and free parking. And there were so many booths that we didn’t even make it to half.
I was hoping for some furniture which I did not find (not in my price range, anyway) but I did come away with some fabulous smaller finds. I have a beautiful new gold leaf pendant (which has been affectionately known as my “lettuce leaf” since I bought it), some fun vintage letterpress letters, colorful glass beads and a big silver cuff bracelet.
All in all, a great day! Oh, and don’t miss the southern BBQ food truck. Fantastic.
